Builder Provides House for Hope

A strong relationship between HopeKids and Tradition Companies started on a golf course in 2007. Since then, Tradition Companies has raised and donated more than $598,000 to the HopeKids organization, not including an additional $400,000 from the inaugural House that Hope Built in 2015. This June they will break ground on their next “House that Hope Built” in Lakeville.

The three bedroom, three bath- room, 3,148-square-foot rambler home will be for sale at the conclusion of the event. Net proceeds after contributed labor, materials, and cash donations will be given to HopeKids Minnesota.

HopeKids Minnesota is a local nonprofit organization that provides unique support for children with life threatening illnesses and their families. The Hope House will be built by Robert Thomas Homes, Inc., with the generous support of trade and business partner donations.

The sale of the home will help HopeKids provide ongoing events and activities and a powerful, unique support community for families who have a child with cancer or some other life-threatening medical condition.
